Hi, my name is Diamond! I'm a Pit Bull that is just under one year in age. I was surrendered to the shelter because my owner couldn't care for me, so he gave me to his parents. I'm a little too much dog for them so they brought me to the shelter. My personality is fun loving and full of action! I'm on the go as much as I can be. I love people and want to be their friend. The other dogs get me really excited and I have decided that I don't want them to be my friends. My family said that happy is the best way to describe me. I love to play in water puddles so maybe we could go swimming? I'm up for anything so apply for me today! My adoption fee is waived. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies, spayed/neutered and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. If a puppy is too young, the adoptive person is responsible for the cost of spaying/neutering by the date designated in our adoption contract. CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society.
